Online Coaching for Nepali Women Abroad

Fitness that fits the food you grew up with.

3rd Place, National Weightlifting Championships 2024 · Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist

I am Sabina Shrestha. I coach busy Nepali women living abroad — juggling work, family, and trying to stay in shape far from home. You do not lack discipline. You have just been given the wrong advice for our culture.

Watch it first · Then apply, if it is right for you

How it actually works

Sabina explains the programme herself — what you get, what she expects from you, and who it suits. Watching it now saves you a call.

Her story

She started on the front desk, not the gym floor.

“I felt guilty. I was the face of the gym, but I didn't know how to explain what the equipment did or why exercise mattered.”

So she learned. First from the trainers around her, then properly — qualifying as a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Functional Exercise Coach in 2023, and taking 3rd place at the National Weightlifting Championships in 2024.

She now coaches from 5am to 8pm. Her clients range from women in their twenties to clients in their 60s and 70s — which tells you more about her coaching than any before-and-after does.

“Some of my clients are in their 60s and 70s. Seeing their dedication reminds me that fitness is about quality of life, not just looks.”

“I want to share what I've learned so others don't feel lost like I once did.”

Why the usual advice fails Nepali women

Cut the carbs. Endless cardio. Boiled chicken and broccoli. It works for a fortnight — then a festival arrives, you miss the food from home, and you are back where you started. That is not a willpower problem.

“If a plan asks you to give up Dal Bhat and Momo, it was never built for you. I build the plan around your food, not against it.”

Pillar One

The no-deprivation diet

A calorie plan engineered around the food you actually eat. Dal Bhat, Momo, festival treats — all of it stays. You learn how to portion them and still see results.

Pillar Two

Precision-mapped workouts

A big gym in Australia, a tiny flat in the UK, or back home in Nepal — the routine is designed for the space you actually have. Form reviewed by video so you build strength safely.

Pillar Three

Accountability that does not quit

Anyone can hand you a PDF. Daily check-ins and constant contact mean that on the day you want to stop, someone is already there pulling you back.

Real clients. Every angle.

These are her own clients, posted on her own Instagram, with the numbers they recorded. Front, back and side — because one flattering photo proves nothing.

Who this is not for

This is 1-on-1 coaching, and it asks something of you. Sabina will build the plan around your food and your schedule — but you still have to train three times a week, photograph your meals so they can be checked, and reply when your coach messages you.

If you are looking for a plan you can follow when you feel like it, or a supplement that does the work instead, this is genuinely the wrong thing and she would rather you did not apply.

She takes a limited number of clients at a time, because the daily contact is the part that works. When they are taken, they are taken.

Included With Coaching

Every client gets the app.

Coaching used to mean screenshots, spreadsheets and a lost thread of messages. For Sabina's clients it now lives in one place — your plan, your workouts, your check-ins, your progress.

  • Your workout plan, built for your space and equipment
  • A diet plan around the food you actually eat
  • Track progress and check in as you go
  • Works on any phone — nothing to install

The app is for coaching clients only — there is no free version. It comes with the programme.

Not ready to apply yet?

Her 1-on-1 coaching is a paid programme and a serious commitment — twelve weeks, and she takes one new client a day.

That is completely fine. Take something useful with you instead.
